OW Swimming Venue
WE ARE NOW OPEN FOR THE 2013 SEASON – PLEASE REGISTER BELOW
Opening Times: Saturdays 0800-1000, Tuesdays 1800-2000 (May -September)
Price: Adults £4, Juniors £2
Registration: Before attending please register online, you can register at the venue but this will take longer and may result in you having to wait to swim. It is FREE to register for Open Water membership HERE
Our OW venue will be open to adult and junior triathletes and open water swimmers of all abilities. Come and check out our lake with great water quality and facilities (wetsuit hire available).
Novice OW Sessions: We will be running novice training sessions at our venue on the following dates: Tues 28th May. The session will include: Correct wetsuit fitting, warm up, sighting, drafting, race starts and wetsuit removal (approx 50 mins). The session will last approx 50 minutes and will cost £10. Please email johnny@racetimeevents.co.uk to book a place. (we will be adding more dates with an online booking system).
Location: Six Hills Lake, Six Hills Lane, Six Hills, Leicestershire, (Turn left into Six Hills Golf Course and then immediately left again).

By registering for the Open Water membership you are also registered to the Racetime Triathlon Club. This allows you to benefit from the offers from our sponsors below and enter races under the team name Racetime Events if you wish. This does not affect you if you are already registered and race for another club.
Venue Facilities:
- Changing room and showers for both male and female swimmers
- Food and drinks available
- The swim loop is approx 650m around an island
- Qualified lifeguard on duty at all times with safety craft on standby
- Coached sessions available (1:1 and group sessions). Details on how to book to follow
- Wetsuits/goggles/tri gear to purchase
- Junior swimmers welcome (8-15 yr old – waiver form must be signed)
- Wetsuit hire available (£5 a session)
